About Yungchen Lhamo: Among the world’s great singers, there are a rare few who become the voice of a nation. After a decade of rapturous performances, recordings and international acclaim Yungchen Lhamo her mesmerizing voice caught the attention of Peter Gabriel in the 1990's and she has since recorded three acclaimed CD's on his Real World record label — the latest, "Ama," was released this year. She has toured the world and performed with Gabriel, Annie Lennox, Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins, Natalie Merchant and many others. More information and music by Yungchen can be found on her site, www.yungchenlhamo.com About Reggie Watts: Reggie is best known as a great improviser and all around entertainer, unable to be pinned into any one category of performance. He has scored modern dance pieces, written plays, recorded on hip hop albums, fronted the popular west coast heavy soul band Maktub, recorded and toured with Soul-funk-jazz super group Soulive, and has collaborated with everyone from Bernie Worrell to the Black Eyed Peas. But lately Reggie has been gaining an international reputation as a master of misdirection, combining his incredible beatboxing with his equally impressive vocal skills and absurdist stories to create totally original comedic sonic landscapes.
